I would recommend the Orthopedic Residency Program because of the opportunity to learn from very experienced and knowledgeable PTs who take all the most recent evidence, plus their clinical experience and seamlessly break it down for you to apply to your own practice.

Yes. We welcome all and want you to have a great experience. If you need accommodation at any point during the process, please let us know.

Yes. The goal of post-offer employment testing (POET) or pre-employment screening is to hire individuals who are physically capable of performing essential job functions. This helps us ensure that the employee’s abilities match the job requirements, especially if they are physically demanding.

Our process varies by role but typically includes two weeks of virtual training, followed by about four weeks of mentored, in-clinic training. As a therapist, you’ll receive additional daily support while building caseloads, learning protocols, and building confidence.

We understand things happen. If you need to reschedule, let the person who arranged your interview know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for everyone.
