A second connection

Next, you’ll connect with clinical or team leaders so you can get to know them, ask questions, and learn more about our work environment.

In-person visit

If possible, schedule an on-site visit to experience our culture, team, and practice firsthand.

If you are unable to use Exxat One, you can submit a request through a form where our Student Placements team personally reviews each request to ensure thoughtful matching and timely follow-up.

Yes. We welcome all and want you to have a great experience. If you need accommodation at any point during the process, please let us know.

Yes. The goal of post-offer employment testing (POET) or pre-employment screening is to hire individuals who are physically capable of performing essential job functions. This helps us ensure that the employee’s abilities match the job requirements, especially if they are physically demanding.

Our process varies by role but typically includes two weeks of virtual training, followed by about four weeks of mentored, in-clinic training. If you’re a therapist, you’ll receive additional daily support while building caseloads, learning protocols, and building confidence.

We understand things happen. If you need to reschedule, let the person who arranged your interview know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for everyone.
